Any item sold from the showcase or ordered from a vendor as a finished piece of jewelry is appraised at no charge. 

There is a charge to appraise any repair or custom designed piece. 

If we sell the center stone in a casting, then there is no charge.

"Simply Gold" items are just that. No stones. Items like bangle bracelets, rope chain, hoop earrings, sold by weight.
